Privacy Policy

This is written in plain language on purpose. Neev is a pilot program run by a solo founder, and this policy describes exactly what we collect about you and your child, why, and what you can do about it — not a long legal document written to be skimmed past.
What we collect, and why
- About you (the parent): your name, email, and WhatsApp number, collected when you sign up, used to send you your results and follow up about your child's progress.
- About your child: their first name and class/grade, used to personalize the assessment and benchmark results appropriately for their age.
- Assessment results: answers to the NeevCheck and NeevMap questions, a timed reading-fluency measurement, and results from two short tap-based activities (Focus Task, Logic Task). These are used to generate your child's development report and daily activity plan — nothing else.
- Home-routine answers: your responses to questions about sleep, study habits, screen time, and similar — used the same way, to personalize recommendations.
- Daily activity completions: which recommended activities you've checked off, used to show your own progress back to you.
- 30-day reassessment (optional): if you retake the check after your first 30 days, we compare it against your original results to show what's changed — both sets of answers are kept so that comparison stays accurate.
- Payment records: the UPI reference number (UTR) and amount you submit to confirm a payment. We do not collect or store your bank account, card, or UPI PIN — payment happens entirely within your own UPI app.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your or your child's data with any third party for marketing or advertising.
- We don't run your child's information through any AI system. All assessment scoring and recommendations in this pilot are generated by deterministic, pre-written logic — not an AI model.
- We don't collect data from your child directly without your presence — every assessment and activity is something you, the parent, sit with your child to complete.
Consent for your child's data
Because this involves information about a child, we ask for your explicit consent as a parent or guardian at signup — separate from, and in addition to, agreeing to be contacted. You are consenting on your child's behalf to the collection and processing described above, for the purpose of generating their development assessment and activity plan, and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active in the pilot. If you ask us to delete it (see below), we remove your family's data from our systems, typically within a few days, with one exception: payment records may be retained longer where required for financial record-keeping. Your login itself uses Supabase, our infrastructure provider — deleting your pilot data does not delete your ability to sign in, since sign-in is shared infrastructure with our main product.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Ask what data we hold about you and your child.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your family's data — from your dashboard, or by writing to info.t3sai@gmail.com.
Where your data lives
Data is stored with Supabase (a Postgres database provider) and this site is hosted on Vercel. Payment verification is done manually by the founder, referencing your submitted UPI reference number against their own bank statement — no automated payment processor has access to your data.
