What this is
Neev Pilot is an early-access developmental screening and activity program for children, run by a solo founder as a pilot. By using it, you agree to these terms.
This is not a medical or diagnostic service
NeevCheck and NeevMap are screening and profiling tools, not clinical or diagnostic assessments. They do not diagnose developmental, learning, or medical conditions. If you have concerns about your child's development, please consult a qualified pediatrician, psychologist, or educational specialist — Neev is a supplement to that judgment, not a substitute for it.
Payments
Payments are made via UPI directly to the founder's account, confirmed manually by submitting a transaction reference number. Founder Launch pricing is a temporary, limited-time price for early families and may change for future customers. If a payment can't be verified, we'll let you know and ask you to double-check the reference number.
Refunds
NeevMap: if your payment reference can't be verified, nothing is charged and no refund is needed. Once your Growth Blueprint has been generated and delivered, NeevMap is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable — if something went wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right. NeevShilpi Basic: each 30-day period is paid for upfront and used as you go; unused days from a period you choose to stop using aren't refunded, but there's no ongoing commitment — simply don't renew for the next period.
NeevShilpi renewal
NeevShilpi Basic access is granted in 30-day periods. Founder Launch families receive the first period free after completing NeevMap. There is no automatic recurring charge — renewing after a period ends requires submitting a new payment, the same way as the first one.
Pilot status
This is an early-stage pilot. Features, pricing, and content may change as we learn from real use. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes, especially anything affecting a family already using the product.
